Types of Skateboards
Which type of skateboard is right for you depends on its use. So first ask yourself the question: what do I want to use my skateboard, longboard or mini cruiser for? Do you want to do lots of stunts on ramps and amaze everyone in the skate park? Then choose a skateboard. Do you prefer cruising through the streets or performing surf skate tricks? Then go for a longboard. Finally, our skateboard assortment includes mini cruisers. A mini cruiser is suitable for you if you are looking for a board that is very maneuverable. These boards are mainly used to do tricks and ride short distances.
Skateboards
Skateboards are designed for jumping, stunts and tricks. This makes them wear-resistant so they can handle the impact of landing. Unlike longboards, skateboards are not designed for cruising and are therefore not ideal for use as a form of transportation. Longboards
Longboarding is becoming a more and more famous sport and came over from the United States years ago. Because of the longer board that is used, the sport is very similar to surfing and it's an ideal addition if you like to stand on a board on days with less wind or without waves! There are also different disciplines within longboarding, such as: cruising, carving, slalom, downhill, dancing, sliding and long-distance pumping (LDP). When buying a longboard, pay attention to the different types of boards. There are kicktail, drop-down and drop-trough boards.
Mini Cruiser
Mini cruisers originate from freestyle skateboarding. These small boards are very maneuverable and ideal to take with you on public transport. These boards have wider and softer skateboard wheels than a classic skateboard. This makes it easier to skate on different surfaces and you will experience more grip and control. In addition, mini cruisers are also ideal for performing tricks.
