Apex Curve 13
Kite Waist Harness
The Apex Curv 13 features ION's revolutionary thermal composite Curv material known for its light weight and great durability. This harness has a flex index of 13 out of 20 which puts it among the stiff to medium-stiff harnesses.
Thanks to the high contours in this harness, it supports exactly where it is needed. Together with the flexible side sections, the Apex Curve 13 has super freedom of movement and stiffness at the same time making this an optimal trapeze for all conditions. The Apex Curv 13 was also equipped with ION's popular C_bar 3.0 and Kite_Knife Multitool 2.0. The C_Bar 3.0 includes a dyneema webbing slider and comes without a hook - so you can choose between ION's hook options to suit your personal preferences. The hook must be purchased separately.
The ION Apex trapezes have a slightly higher cutout on the back that allows you to apply power in the trapeze with a large part of your back. There is comfortable EVA padding on the inside. The buckles are held tightly in place by the new Double D Buckles, which are also used in climbing. There is a handle-pass leash at the back. The trapeze is beautifully finished all around with a cool capsule print.
