PU Foam for windsurfboards
Board repair
If you have had a crash, your board may be broken. It's a shame, but not the end of the world. You can repair it yourself or have it repaired by a board repairer. For this, you use epoxy. If there is not only a crack in your board, but the Styrofoam on the inside is also damaged. Then look at this PU foam. If you have a large hole in your board and you want to re-fill the Styrofoam layer on the inside, PU foam is ideal!
You mix the two components and the material expands by itself. Perfect for refilling the Styrofoam layer.
How to use PU foam:
- Mixing ratio 1:1
- Mix for 1 minute
- Pour where it needs to go
- After 2 minutes the foaming starts
- After 30 minutes it has foamed up
- After 24 hours it is hardened
