Good old Robby Naish was born on April 23, 1963 in La Jolla, San Diego, California. Robby Naish is one of the first top windsurfers since windsurfing existed with a long-standing international reputation in the sport.

At a young age, the Naish family moved from California to Kailua on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. Robby's father, Rick Naish was a competitive surfer and surfboard shaper. At the age of 11, young Robby Naish took up the new popular sport of windsurfing and won his 1st World cup title two years later at the age of 13. Since then, Robby Naish has won everything in windsurfing there is to win. Among other things, he became famous for his tabletops and forward loops. In the 1990s, kitesurfing developed in Hawaii. An all-round sportsman on the water, Robby Naish also managed to win several world titles in kitesurfing.

Naish philosophy

Robby Naish had only one goal in mind; to become the biggest kitesurf in the world. As with Naish windsurfing, he follows a fixed course which rests on sustainability. The Naish kites stand out!
