An extra layer of carbon has been added to the top of the mast. This will enhance the reflex on the upper part of the sail. The main structure consists of 3 layers of carbon material. 2 unidirectional glass reinforcement profiles have been added to the mast to ensure that the mast is protected from breakage even in harsh conditions. When wind gusts hit the sail, the mast helps convert this power into speed and keep the sail light while maintaining full control.

When buying the right mast, you need to look at the specifications of the sail. Do you sail the brand with an SMD/RDM diameter? And what curve does the sail use.
Most users will use the standard (SDM) mast. If you are wave or freestyle, get an RDM mast. Also, masts are available in different carbon percentages. The higher the carbon percentage, the lighter your sail set will feel and the better the performance.
