With a sturdy fibreglass shaft and reinforced fibreglass blade, the paddle flexes naturally under load. The blade moves efficiently in and out of the water, allowing for smoother paddling and less strain on your back and shoulders. The Explore has an EVA coating all over the shaft this provides a comfortable grip and it increases the buoyancy of the paddle.
