A lycra shirt has several advantages: it protects against UV radiation from the sun and prevents chafing on your body from the trapeze. In addition, you burn faster on the water than on land. So wear a lycra shirt so you are perfectly protected from the sun and can surf for hours on the water. Lycras come in different shapes, sizes and awesome colours. All Lycras at Telstar Surf have a UV label which can be recognised by the UPF 50+ label.

Please note! A lycra shirt does not function as extra warmth under your wetsuit. Look at neoprene shirts for this.
