The Sonar MA1200 is a true crossover wing with real performance in any foiling discipline. So you can use the Sonar MA1200 for both kite, surf and wingfoil. The MA1200 is great for sensitive foilsurfing in medium to big waves and has a smooth carvy feel. The predictable lift given by the foil gives you time to find a comfortable stance without fighting to keep the nose down as the foil accelerates. So you can stay in the same position over the entire speed range. Sonar reflex wings have a relatively large surface area, making them very controllable, with incredible roll and pitch stability. Usually, a large wing means more drag, so less speed. But because you can place reflected wings on the fuselage with a lower angle of attack, they feel smaller than they are in terms of their speed range and responsiveness. A reflected wing gives you impressive control across the entire speed range, with extreme top speeds unheard of for a wing of that size.
