Do you ride in places where there is a lot of weed in the water? And are you looking for a fin that still has good performance?

Weed fins generally produce a lot less lift due to the shape they have, which means the fin is often a lot longer to compensate. Lift is produced to enable more speed, the lift ensures that less surface area of the board touches the water and therefore you are faster. Wheel fins are used a lot in places where there is a lot of weed, for example on Strand Horst. As soon as you sail with a straight fin and there is a tuft of weed behind your fin, you quickly get spin-outs.

This fin is made with the G10 construction, which means that there are fibres running straight through the fin for extra stiffness.
