The Starboard UCS V8 Alu Plate is a reinforced aluminum top-plate that serves as a connection point between the mast, fuselage and board within the Starboard UCS (Universal Connect System). This plate is designed for maximum stiffness and minimum backlash, which is crucial for instant power transfer and optimal control while foiling - whether wingfoil, windfoil or SUPfoil.

Thanks to CNC machining, the plate provides a flat and reliable surface where the mast fits exactly. Assembly is done with solid bolts and a fillet radius is added for extra stability and reduction of stress peaks. By applying this top-plate, you can make upgrades within the UCS platform or go for a longer life of your foil gear without having to change the other components.
