The ION Tights Long Surf Shield are specially designed for water sports enthusiasts who want maximum protection against cut injuries from foils, fins or reefs. Thanks to the cut-resistant HPPE fabric (high-performance polyethylene), they belong to protection class 4 (out of 5) and are perfectly usable in foil, kite or windsurfing activities. Their neoprene waistband with adjustable drawstring ensures that the tights stay securely in place during every session on the water. In addition, the tights offer UV protection with UPF 50+ - ideal under the sun and over the waves. This long version is suitable for wearing solo or as an extra under layer under a wetsuit.
