The Sonar High Aspect Front Wing Series has been developed for optimal speed and efficiency in various disciplines, from kite foiling to Wing foil surfing. This foil requires minimal effort to create glide because of the short chord that defines the thin profile, which provides reduced drag. The wingspan offers stability and a slightly larger turn radius compared to lower aspect ratio foils of the same size. Refined wingtips prevent ventilation when getting out of the water, allowing tighter turns at higher speeds without loss of speed. The smaller HA550 has less area for planing but higher stall speed. These wings are designed for maximum efficiency and lift in high-speed wing foiling, racing and kite foiling.
