The Severne Redback is specially designed for the little shredders on the water. Kids who have yet to learn windsurfing or kids who are already planing. The Severne Redback can do it all!

A lower clew angle and boom cutout allow you to adjust the boom perfectly to the child's height. Severne uses a slightly lower tension on the sail so it still remains a smooth sail even for lighter surfers. Matching the geometry of the rig to the height of the surfer improves control and performance. Sizes 2.6 and below use 3 battens for minimal weight. The larger sizes 3.0 through 4.7 are based on the S-1 with 4 slats for improved stability and wind range. All sizes use premium EM3 materials for maximum performance.
