Severne is introducing a whole new construction this year called Carbon Fusion. Because the panels are welded together with carbon fibre, an ultra-light sail has now been developed that responds very directly to the actions of its rider. Each panel is orientated to allow horizontal elasticity while locking vertical stretch. Still, the Severne S-1 Pro has a 4 slat layout that allows for less clew pressure, making it insanely manoeuvrable. The S-1 pro 2021 is so well balanced to maximise high wind range. Dynamic flex with instant reflex creates a spring that can be loaded for explosive response during your jump. A large monofilm window ensures optimal visibility and extreme precision while attacking the lip.
