This year Duotone has designed a special line of kites, which stands for Strong Light Superior. The Duotone Rebel SLS 2022 is a performance freeride kite that has 5 struts. The 5 struts provide super experiences while making a big air, hangtime and freeride. The 5 struts design keeps the kite in shape in the air, even in hard wind conditions.
The unique design gives the kite more power while maintaining the legendary depower of the kite. Pull on the bar and you instantly feel the power, push the bar away and you are depowered.

Big Air/Performance Freeride kite
After many other models, the Rebel was also allowed to receive an SLS edition. This makes this kite Strong Light & Superior. This combined with the Penta TX frame makes the Rebel the kite for freeride and big air kiters.
The Duotone Rebel has been known for years as a fine freeride and big air kite. Its solid 5-strut design makes it an incredibly stable kite. This combined with the large wind range makes the Rebel 2022 suitable for almost any kiter. And especially for heavier kiters who want a super stable kite that can handle extreme conditions, the Rebel is an excellent choice!
An SLS kite is distinguished from the "standard" by a combination of Penta TX leading edge and flex struts. This makes the kite lighter, stronger and therefore unmatched when sailing. The strong and light frame offers great performance while kiting. Thus, you will notice that the kite steers remarkably fast. Also, the bar pressure of the SLS is slightly increased, so you know exactly where the Rebel is. And if you grab a slightly larger kite, there is nothing lacking in playfulness and liveliness!
