F-ONE

Frenchman Raphael Salles is a former professional windsurfer who started his own brand, F-One kitesurfing, in 1994. After 2 years, he stands on a kiteboard for the first time and lets one of the first F one kites pull him over the water. In 1997 he starts making the first kiteboards. In 2002, the first F-ONE tubekites hit the market. The kite and kiteboard line expands and the number of kitesurfing stores and distributors increase. Currently they specialize in kites, kite bars, kiteboards, surfboards and kitesurf foils. The ocean is their playground, equipment is their passion and fun is F-One's goal!

F-One kitesurfing

Salles is the creator of Delta-Shape kites, in 2008 the first F-One Bandit was released. At the time, this is a new type of kite which bears the name "Delta-shape" because of its shape. This kite is relatively round which creates more stability and allows for easy water launching. The F-One kites are for everyone! They have a number of kites that they continue to innovate. So they stick to their all time favorite kite; F-One Bandit models and continue to strive for the best quality!
