For 2024, Loftsails has completely revised the Skyblade, designed for competitive foil racing. Adapted to the reduced drag of foils, the sail offers a radically higher aspect ratio and wider mast pocket for improved speed, balance and comfort in flight. With lower foot and reduced vertical shapes, aerodynamics and stability further improve.

The Skyblade uses a unique mast pocket construction, inspired by the Racingblade slalom design, creating an even load for a solid, clean and effortlessly rotating leading edge. Smooth cam rotation ensures focus during races and easy balance during gybes and transitions.

High-quality materials are not spared, with x-ply panels for durability and UV resistance. The 3-layer mast pocket uses lightweight quad axial x-ply without folding memory, and Metallic Cam Interfaces protect against material degradation at camber inducer contact points. The Skyblade is designed to withstand both racing and everyday use.
