The Foil IQFoil is the official Olympic foil for the 2024 Olympic Games and is therefore a pure race foil.

This foil was developed especially for the Olympic Games and will therefore only be available in one variant because it has to meet certain requirements. It is ideal for race foilers who want to reach maximum speeds and demand the utmost from their foil. The 800 cm2 frontwing is a high aspect wing that can be used well in medium to strong wind conditions. This frontwing falls under the smaller wings and is therefore not suitable for starting foilers. The backwing is 255 cm2 which does not give as much lift and therefore allows you to sail at higher speeds with even more wind. For the IQfoil, an adapter is included to adjust the backwing to a -2 degree angle. The Plus was also introduced for this foil this year. This is an adjustment in the distance between the mast and the frontwing. This means that more lift is created by the frontwing so the backwing does not have to make as big an angle to create lift. This results in less drag and thus more speed.
The fuselage has a length of 1150 mm and provides plenty of stability to support high speeds. The mast is made of Carbon and is compatible with deep tuttle fin boxes.
