AV Boards uses 3 axes of carbon within a sandwich design for the right rigidity of the board. The bottom is reinforced with a double sandwich stinger so the shape remains the same, even after intensive use.
The board has a flat scoop line on the tail and forms with a wider curve towards the nose. The width depends on the volume of the board and AV-Boards characterises that these dimensions are perfectly aligned for the best end result.
